City Council Meetings Tonight in the Grosse Pointes

Four of the five Grosse Pointe cities will hold regularly scheduled city council meetings tonight.

 

Four of the five Grosse Pointe cities will have city council meetings this evening. Here are the some of the highlights that will be covered in tonight's meetings.

Grosse Pointe City council will meet Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. in the Municipal Building. Among the items to be discussed:

  • Resolution establishing 2013 Council Meeting dates. 
  • Authorize vehicle purchase for Water/Parking Department
  • Flashing Traffic Signal Report

Grosse Pointe Woods city council's Committee of the Whole will also meet on Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at  7:30  p.m. The meeting will be held in the Conference Room of the Municipal Building.  Among the items to be discussed:

  • Marina Dredging- a verbal report from the City Engineer.
  • Budget Review – Fiscal Projections by City Administrator and Treasurer/Comptroller

Grosse Pointe Farms city council's regular meeting will be held in City Hall on Monday, Dec. 10, at 7 p.m.

  •  Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2012 – Plante & Moran
  • Public Hearing - Zoning Board of Appeals – 423 Lake Shore Road
  • Revised Site Plan Review – 99 Kercheval Avenue
  • Cottage Hospital Update - REDICO
  • Resolution – Deficit Elimination Plan – Water & Sewer Fund

Grosse Pointe Park city council meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10 within Council Chambers.  Among the items to be discussed:

  • Mayor Heenan and Members of City Council will be asked to consider appointments to various committees.
  • Mayor Heenan and Members of City Council will be asked to accept and approve the Finance Report and list of invoices for $5,000 and over.
