The Grosse Pointe Democratic Club will host a Candidates Forum for the newly redistricted 14th Congressional District. This event will offer residents an opportunity to hear the candidates' positions on issues of importance to our community.
The following candidates were invited (in alphabetical order): Congressman Hansen Clarke, Mayor Brenda Lawrence, Congressman Gary Peters and former State Senator Mary Waters.
Tony Trupiano will be the moderator for the event. Doors open at 6:00 pm, welcoming remarks begin at 6:20, and the forum begins promptly at 6:30.
