Brownell Middle School to Hold Auction for New Student Lockers

Event will raise funds to replace over 500 original student lockers dating back to 1958.

Brownell Middle School is seeking to replace more than 500 student lockers that date back to 1958.  

To raise funds for the new lockers, a Tin Can Auction and Food Court Fest will be held on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the school's cafeteria.

Each student Advisory will create a prize package that will be on display and a tin can will be placed in front of each gift package.  Tickets for each prize package will be sold for $1 each and purchased tickets will be placed in the can(s) in front of the prize package.  A winner will be drawn from each can beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Oct. 6. Winners do not have to be present during drawing.

During the Tin Can Auction, food will be available for purchase. National Coney Island hot dogs, popcorn, baked goods, caramel apples, and other delicious treats will tempt you!  Win a cake to take home at the Cake Walk!
