Too bad this wasn't known until today. The kids could have had one last night of partying!

DTE strikes again. Was it a "tree" this time? Code for 6 gauge wire that is so old all the insulation is hanging off it. When a wet tree limb touches it, all heck breaks loose. Ever looked at the lines on Kercheval between Moross and Provincal? Or behind the houses on Kerby Rd? LOL.... I've been to places in the 3rd world with better infrastructure.

I sure hope it was a DTE problem and not some young future Electrical Engineering student....LOL......

I just found out what the problem was @ South. It was a unique electrical issue called Bowen's Revenge. DTE will be issuing a full year's refund to the District, plus benefits but will not apologize for the outage.
