TOLEDO, OHIO -- The following local residents were among the students who enrolled for the first time at The University of Toledo during the fall 2012:
Evan Gutsue, a graduate of Grosse Pointe North High School from Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, is majoring in Public Health.
Paul Hanna, a graduate of Grosse Pointe North High School from Grosse Pointe Woods, MI, is majoring in Pre-Business.
More than 4,700 students enrolled at the University for the first time during fall 2012, joining the 21,500 students who chose to pursue their degrees at the nationally recognized University of Toledo.
Established in 1872, The University of Toledo has 13 colleges and six Ohio campuses and offers more than 230 doctoral, professional, graduate and undergraduate programs. Nearly 350 student athletes comprise 15 Division 1 Rocket athletic teams.
