A Heidelberg University freshman from Grosse Pointe will perform with the concert choir this weekend.

Kristina Kamm, of Grosse Pointe, will be performing with the Heidelberg University Concert Choir when it opens its 2013-14 performance season with a concert Sunday at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Findlay, Ohio.

Kamm, a freshman majoring in music, is among the 51 members performing with the choir.

Dr. Greg Ramsdell, director of choral activities and assistant professor of choral music education, states in a release that the vocal ensemble will present a concert themed "British Invasion" that will include repertoire reflecting on America's fascination with many aspects of British culture.
