St. Paul Forensics Team Shines
Teams from the Grosse Pointe area competed at the annual seventh- and eighth-grade forensic competition at St. Thecla on Dec. 8.
The Grosse Pointe Academy and the St. Paul Catholic School competed in the annual seventh- and eighth-grade forensic competition at St. Thecla Catholic School in Clinton Township on Dec. 8.
The St. Paul team claimed the third-place trophy in the eight-team competition, just three points behind second place St. Lawrence. St. Thecla won the event, part of the Eastside Catholic School Forensic League.
Other area schools which participate in the league are St. Clare, Star of the Sea, St. Joan, St. Anne, and The Grosse Pointe Academy.
