Grosse Pointe North Girls Swim, Dive Team Now 2-1
A competition Thursday against Utica Stevenson gave North their second win of the season thus far.

The Girls Swimming and Diving Team defeated Utica Stevenson Thursday night by a 102-81 margin. North is now 2-1 (0-0 MAC Red) in dual meet competition.
North's individual winners included:

- Emma Mathews, 50 yard freestyle
- Carrie Rakowicz 500 yard freestyle
- Katelyn Kohler 100 yard breastroke
Season best performances were recorded in the following events:
- 50 yard freestyle: Katelyn Kohler, Emma Mathews, and Julia Ellis,
- 100 yard freestyle: Emma Mathews, Julia Ellis, Allison Fly, Susan Hartzell, Ann Marie Nicholson, and Erica Lizza
- 200 yard freestyle: Carrie Rakowicz, and Meghan Veltri, Carrie Rakowicz, Leslie Jacobs and Karyn Schwartz
- 100 yard breastroke: Sarah Sherer
- 200 yard individual medley: Caroline Tripp
- 1 meter diving: Emily Griffith
