Grosse Pointe South's Hannah Meier Wins Two State Titles
Grosse Pointe South sophomore prevails in two events at Division 1 state track and field finals.
sophomore claimed two state championships at the Division 1 track and field finals at Rockford on Saturday.
Meier won the 800-meter run with a time of 2:07.37, and she prevailed in the 1,600 run in 4:42.60. Both were meet records.
Haley Meier finished second in the 1,600 run, and she finished third in the 800 run.
