Update: Grosse Pointe University Liggett Defeats Concord in State Semifinals

The Knights defeated Concord 49-27 in the Class C state semifinals on Thursday at the Breslin Center in East Lansing, according to mhsaa.com.

With the victory, University Liggett improved its record to 23-4 overall and advanced to the Class C state championship game. The Knights will play undefeated Morley Stanwood for the state title on Saturday at 4 p.m. in the Breslin Center.
Tickets to the state championship game are $8. The game will be televised on Fox Sports Detroit.
