South Sophomores Lead Gators to State Soccer Crown

Danielle Manning, Franny Weber and Olivia Withers help Michigan Gators 96 win the U16 State Cup.

Three sophomores at —Danielle Manning, Franny Weber and Olivia Withers—helped the Michigan Gators 96 Orange team win the U16 State Cup on Saturday at Ultimate Soccer Arenas in Pontiac.

Manning, Weber and Withers led the Gators to a 2-1 victory over the GR Crew Juniors in the championship game.

The coach is Henry Steinwascher.
