University Liggett Baseball Advances to State Semifinals
University Liggett wins high school baseball state quarterfinal game and will play in the state semifinals on Friday.
The baseball team defeated Petersburg-Summerfield 9-0 in a Division 4 state quarterfinal game in Adrian on Tuesday, according to MHSAA.com.
With the victory, Liggett advanced to the Division 4 state semifinals on Friday in Battle Creek. The Knights will play at Bailey Park at 1 p.m.
University Liggett won a over the weekend.
