10K Watch Grosse Pointe Woods Fireworks

An estimated 10,000 people watched the annual Grosse Pointe Woods fireworks show Sunday.

Grosse Pointe Woods Public Safety Director Andrew Pazuchowski said the event went without incident, except for one person who set off a firecracker in the crowd, 

He added this year a family area was established, and portable lights were added this year to help illuminate Parcells field after the show.
