Grosse Pointe Woods Honors Military at Memorial Day Ceremony
The 30th annual Memorial Day Observance took place Monday morning at the Veterans' Memorial Parkway "Circle of Honor" in Grosse Pointe Woods.
Grosse Pointe Woods held its 30th annual at the Veterans' Memorial Parkway "Circle of Honor" on Monday.
Local government leaders, Mel Stander's "Gentlemen of Swing," and the , took part in the service to honor the men and women of the armed services.
Local Cub Scouts brought in the American flag, and Girl Scouts delivered a wreath that was placed at the "Circle of Honor."
