I understand a small business is just that, a business. However when a lay-a-way is not picked up in a timely manner they have a bit more "wiggle room" then say a corporate retailer to do the right thing. Unfortunately they did not, and in turn made an additional 30% over the amount of the item. I'm just wondering if when they resold the item to another customer if the consignee was given the amount that was given to Treasure Trove from myself from the initial transaction.
More than disappointed to say the least, and because of this incident will NEVER patronize this business again....and as you know when someone has bad service they tell more potential customers than if they had had a good experience.
