Beaupre Service Inc

Beaupre Service is a small auto-repair shop that fixes cars and light trucks. Owner Chester Yavor carries on a 63-year family tradition in the auto-repair business. The shop operates out of an old Mobil gas station, so the faded Pegasus emblem and out-of-service pumps distinctively mark the exterior.
The interior is small and smells the way a busy repair shop should -- like rubber and engine oil. Customers can buy soft drinks or water for a dollar from the refrigerator at the service desk. The shop's long hours throughout the week make an auto fix easy to fit into a busy schedule.

I have had the privilege of taking my automobiles to Chet for 40+ years. He has always been a man of extraordinary integrity, delivering great service at an reasonable price. I recommend him without reserve.
I have been taking my car for years to Chet. He has always been honets and fair. Just this week I took my car in for repair. The issue was a faulty after market alarm. I had to take it to the dealer for the repairl. The dealer charged me 109.00 for the assessment (to later go toward the repair to be fair), Chet charged me nothing for the evaluation, which I know took some of his time. His work has always been excellent.
Dishonest and untrustworthy! Do not go here! They will try to rip you off! I had them replace my alternator and do an oil change because my moms been using their services for years. The problem started when they left the oil cap off after the oil change. I found out after smelling burning oil. I called and told them and they told me to come in the next day and they would clean off the oil that sprayed all over my engine. On my way there, my car over heated. Upon inspection, I found my radiator cap was broken. I left my car with them overnight because even though theyre open til 7, the mechanics who had to be there to clean off the oil leave at 5. The man behind the counter (who admitted he wasnt a mechanic and did not know what he was talking about) told me I might need a new head gasket, a $2000 repair. The next morning I recieved a call saying it was what we feared, my head gasket "probably" was blown. I dont know much about cars, but I do know that if a radiator cap is broken, you dont automatically need a new head gasket. I asked them if they could replace the broken cap and they said that I had to special order that part and it wouldnt fix the overheating problem. I didnt believe them, thank god. The auto parts store down the street had one for $8.89. I put it on, and my car hasnt overheated since. They did not clean the oil and swore up and down that I needed the $2000 repair when all I needed was a $10 part. Now Im wondering how many times have they ripped off my mom?

These guys were wonderful and always fixed cars for the lowest possible cost to the owner. Sadly, they decided to close the business after 67 years. They will be missed.
