Burrito Mundo: Big Burritos, Bigger Flavor

Burrito Mundo serves up much more than burritos. With a large menu full of choices, Burrito Mundo is making fresh, tasty Mexican food fast.

Burrito Mundo is a relatively tiny spot.  A mostly carry out joint that seats roughly ten people, Burrito Mundo prances on the line between traditional and Tex Mex.   To call Burrito Mundo Tex Mex, however, is not fair.  Everything is made from scratch.  There is a wide selection of meats all spiced and cooked in house.  Even the salsas are made in house.   Salsas are of particular importance in Mexican cuisine.  If the salsas are bland, watery, or too thick, it could throw off the entire experience of the meal.   Luckily each and every salsa at Burrito Mundo is pour over your taco worthy.  Mild and medium salsas are both tasty, but I venture toward heat.  The roasted tomatillo chipotle salsa has a slow steady burn with a gentle smokiness…
