This heart-healthy and easy-to-prepare fish is a can't miss choice for guests, your special someone or just yourself. To find out the best way to prepare this omega-3 option, we checked in with Village Food Market, which actually has some of the best fish in town. Mike Bell, one of the Market's butchers, said the store offers three types of salmon--Norwegian, Chilean and Sockeye. The two former are farm-raised and the Sockeye is wild caught.
