The building is primarily an open space located on Kercheval Avenue between Neff Road and St. Clair Street. Visions for Vacancies: 16836 Kercheval Ave.

This week's selection for Visions for Vacancies is a building that formerly housed GAP. The building is in the City of Grosse Pointe's popular downtown retail/business district, the Village. Building owner Robert Sfire is anxious to find a tenant but also conscious about bringing in one that would thrive and one that would be a nice addition to the Village. While the building is currently set up for retail, Sfire believes a restaurant would work well. He also believes a retail clothing store for tweens and teens would be a nice addition to the Pointes. Visions for Vacancies: Former Bank in GPW

This week's visions for vacancies property is a former bank at the corner of Mack Avenue and Roslyn Road in Grosse Pointe Woods. This commercial property at 21110 Mack Avenue has its own parking lot and is at the end of a residential street. The building housed Community Central Bank, which was purchased by Talmer Bank and later consolidated with another Talmer branch located on Mack Avenue about a mile down the road. According to a listing, the building is 1,918 square-feet and is zoned as retail. It features vaults and off-street parking with its own parking lot. The lease price is $4,000 per month.
