Get a Sneak Peek of Tallulah's, BonaFide Bakery

Renderings by a local property designer show what the future businesses will look like along Grosse Pointe Park's Kercheval Avenue business district.

Red Crown Awaits Final Inspections in Grosse Pointe Park

The new restaurant taking over the former Standard Oil building in Grosse Pointe Park is waiting for final inspections.

Grosse Pointe Park's much anticipated new restaurant, Red Crown, is waiting for final inspections, according to a post on Facebook this week. Red Crown Restaurant in Grosse Pointe Park to Open Jan. 22

Red Crown, the first of three restaurants by Mindy Lopus' Silver Pig Restaurant Group, is slated to open this month, with the other eateries to follow soon.

The sign in front of Red Crown restaurant's new digs in the old Standard Oil Station in Grosse Pointe Park announces that they are hiring in preparation for their opening on Jan. 22. For now, Lopus is concentrating on staffing Red Crown with the 68 employees that will include waitstaff, kitchen and bar employees.
