One reader left this comment: “Blufin is by far the best sushi in gp the service was great and very informative our rolls were awesome, the Blufin and summertime rolls are my favorite even the owner was nice, and they have great deals for happy hour too I would (definitely) recommend Blufin sushi. Noble Fish supplies to most of the sushi places in the area, thus they have the freshest fish because it comes to them first. And just because it's sushi in America, doesn't mean it has to be sub-par. What about sashimi or nigiri, when there is no sauce or ingredients to set them apart?
