I am a new resident of the Grosse Pointe area. My husband is on active duty service in the military and we’ve relocated here on military orders.  I am eager to get to know my neighbors and this beautiful area that my family now calls home.

I began my journalism career as a freelance feature writer and then covering high school sports—which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Most recently I was the managing editor of a community newspaper in Virginia where I covered courts, government and the military.

I love my job as a journalist because no two days are the same. I enjoy meeting new and interesting people and  sharing their stories with readers.
