Flag Retirement Ceremony

Collection of "worn" Flags and Ceremony

http://www.louisa.michdar.net/index.htm The Louisa St. Clair Chapter, NSDAR will host a flag retirement ceremony on Sat, Oct. 5 at 10:30 a.m. at the Farms Pier Park, 350 Lakeshore Rd. in Grosse Pointe Farms. Members of the Boy Scout Troop 96 (GP) will perform the ceremony and the John Paul Jones Society, NSCAR (National Society Children of the American Revolution) will participate.

All are welcome to attend the ceremony.   If you would like to donate a worn flag in advance, collection bins are at the Farms Pier Park (gate house) and the Grosse Pointe Farms Municipal offices at 90 Kerby Rd. during regular business hours.
