Business Breaking and Entering
Grosse Pointe Park Police were called to a business in the 15000 Block of Mack Avenue alerted police on Nov. 25 after an alarm was activated. Responding officers found the glass front door of the building had been smashed and a 32" flat screen television was missing. No cash was reported stolen and no arrests were made, according to a report.

On Nov. 19, a resident on Balfour reported that a pile of leaves in the street were on fire. The Grosse Pointe Park Public Safety Office responded with Engine 1 and extinguished the fire, according to a report.

A 26-year-old homeless man confessed to breaking into a former girlfriend's home in the 21000 block of Maryland on Nov. 21 and Nov. 22 and stealing a gaming system, computers and a sound system. All of the items have been recovered and charges are being sought with the Wayne County Prosecutors Office, according to a report.
